Sponsorship Opportunities
This year we are expanding our Sponsorship opportunities into several specific areas:
- Website Sponsorships - Logos and links on our website and logo placement on print materials.
- Product Sponsorships - Dontated product from vendors for the purposes of facilitating teaching demos and culinary competitions
- Social Sponsorships - Supporting our social events at local businesses
- Special Event Sponsorships - Booth and event access during our RATIONAL-partnered special events
Website Sponsorships
Our website is an essential communications tool for membership, engaging with members for ticketing, scheduling, hiring and membership management. It is also public-facing as community members buy tickets and reference chapter events. These sponsorships help us keep the site functional and make your support visible to visitors and in our chapter’s print communications.
SILVER TIER - $500
● Listing on Website as Silver Donor
● Company or organization name printed in the Silver Donors section of any print materials for events.
● Member rates for admission to ACF SC 041 events for one team member for the year
GOLD TIER - $1,000
● Listing and Logo on Website as Gold Donor with hyperlink to corporate partner website
● Company or organization logo printed in the Gold Donors section of any print materials for events.
● Member rates for admission to ACF SC 041 events for up to four team members
PLATINUM TIER - $1,500
● Listing and Logo on Website as Platinum Donor with hyperlink to corporate partner website
● Company or organization logo printed in the Platinum Donors section of any print materials for events with priority placement and sizing at least 25% greater than Gold Donors.
● Member rates for admission to ACF SC 041 events for all team members
Product Sponsorship
$1,200 equivalent
We host at least 3 cooking demonstrations a year. Sponsors for cooking demonstrations gain direct access to membership and can showcase targeted product. We ask that sponsors for demonstrations agree to provide the product necessary for the demonstration up to $1200 per meeting. Sponsors work with the meeting host location to plan what the demo will be and what chef will be leading the demo.

- April 6th - Demo at Savannah Tech
- July 13th - Demo at The Landings Club
- September 14th - Competition at Technical College of the Lowcountry
- October 5th - Demo at Savannah Tech
Social Sponsorships
avg. $500
We host 3 social meetings per year where our members can mingle with no agenda on the table. These events take place in local businesses between Hilton
Head and Savannah. We are looking for a Social Sponsor for each meeting to support with $500 towards food and entertainment for these events. Social Sponsors are encouraged to send sales representatives for direct engagement during these events.

Vendor Event Sponsorships
Together with RATIONAL Group, our local chapter has started hosting industry engagement events open to all local chefs and culinary purchasers, not
just ACF members. These events are more social and intimate than conventions, but do give vendors direct access with the opportunity to set up specific displays or promote specific products. Event Sponsorship has 3 tiers.
- SILVER TIER: $500 Guaranteed at least 4’x2’ table space and access to the event for one sales representative.
- GOLD TIER: $1,000 Guaranteed at least 4’x6’ area with table space as needed and access for up to two sales representatives
- PLATINUM TIER: $1,500 Guaranteed at least 4’x8’ area with table space as needed and access for up to five sales representatives.
We have two of these events in the works for 2026, both hosted at the new Savannah Culinary Center at 7 W. Bay St. in Savannah.
May 11th - Mother’s Day Rebound - A therapeutic hang after the most notorious Sunday on the service calendar. We’re serving comfort food and refreshments alongside guest masseuses and IV drip chairs. Help fund this event to nurse well-worn chefs back into peak condition.
November 6th - Holiday Cocktail Hang - A cocktail party before there’s no time to think about anything else but managing the holidays. Featuring give-aways of copious amounts of energy drinks and insoles, this is a party for those about to rock.
